VINTAGE CHILDS UMBRELLA STAND I found this a few years ago in a old house we bought. There are no tags or manufacturers marks on it. I think it's a umbrella stand because there is a ring of ventalation holes around the bottom. It could be a hamper, but there is no place that indicates there was a lid. The measurements are; 22 3/4" tall. 11" diameter
